MS、Windows Mobile Device Centerをアップデート

今回リリースされたWindows Mobile Device Center 6.1では、Windows Mobile 6端末のサポートを改善。スマートフォンでのファイル同期やHTMLメールの同期が可能となった。

　米Microsoftは6月6日、Windows Mobile 6対応の同期ソフト最新版「Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1」をリリースした。

　Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1では、文書保護機能であるIRM（Information Rights Management）の有効化、HTMLメールの同期のほか、PC接続時にWindows Mobile端末でのデータ接続が可能となった。また今回のアップデートにより、PCにWindows Mobile端末を接続した際に端末の自動認証が行われるようになり、接続のたびにPINを入力する必要がなくなった。

　Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1は、Windows Mobile 2003以降の製品に対応。サイトからダウンロードできる。
